At Designz4U, we strive to deliver high-quality personalized print and design products. Due to the custom nature of our products, we have a strict refund policy. Please review this policy before placing an order on https://designz4u.com.

1. All Sales Are Final

Our products are custom-made to your specifications. As such, all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges, except as outlined below or required by law.

2. Exceptions

  • Defective or Damaged Products: If your product arrives defective (e.g., manufacturing error) or damaged during shipping, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We may offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion. Cash refunds are not provided.
  • Our Error: If we make an error (e.g., printing a design not approved by you), contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will provide a replacement at no cost.

3. Non-Refundable Circumstances

We do not offer refunds or returns for:

  • Errors in customer-provided content (e.g., typos, low-quality images, incorrect sizes).
  • Dissatisfaction with the product after approving the design proof.
  • Changes of mind or cancellation after production begins.
  • Shipping delays caused by third-party carriers or unforeseen circumstances.
  • Shipping costs.
